October 24: Hainan Employment Station (Qiongzhong Yinggen Branch) collaborated with Qiongzhong Xinshishang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. to organize the 2025 Yinggen Town, Qiongzhong County Tiger Milk Ganoderma Cultivation Technique Training Activity. Representatives from over 20 enterprises in our county were invited to participate in this training session, jointly learning cultivation techniques and management practices for Tiger Milk Ganoderma.
On October 24, 2025, the Tiger Milk Mushroom cultivation training event was successfully held in Yinggen Town, Qiongzhong County. Organized by the Qiongzhong Branch of Baisha Lishu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. with full support from the Yinggen Town Government, the event gathered representatives from five village committees—Yinggen, Nabai, Banwan, Xinshi, and Nanfeng village committees, along with participants from enterprises including Qiongzhong Xinshishang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., Qiongzhong Xingshishang Farming and Breeding Farm, Lingxian Li (Hainan) Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and Hainan Xuanqi Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., totaling 30 attendees.

Currently, the Tiger Milk Mushroom industry in Yinggen Town has achieved steady progress, with cultivation scale approaching 100 mu (approximately 16.5 acres). The projected output value is approximately 4.6 million yuan. This industry has demonstrated significant effectiveness in promoting employment, cumulatively creating 7 permanent positions and providing seasonal employment opportunities for nearly 1,500 people. A positive interaction between industrial development and increased resident income has begun to take shape.

This milestone signifies that the medical application and related industrial development of this traditional precious medicinal herb in Hainan have entered a more standardized and regulated phase. It also provides the policy basis and technical guidance for this training session and future industrial advancement.
Development Goals for Tiger Milk Mushroom Cultivation Training in Yinggen Town
This training program adopted a comprehensive approach combining theoretical learning, hands-on practice, and rights protection. It not only enhanced participants’ professional cultivation skills but also established a reliable industrial collaboration system. According to relevant development plans, by 2026, the cultivation area for Tiger Milk Mushrooms in Yinggen Town is projected to reach approximately 200 to 300 mu (about 13 to 20 hectares), with total output value projected to reach approximately 15 million yuan. This initiative is expected to generate 15 to 20 permanent jobs and provide short-term employment opportunities for no fewer than 3,000 individuals. These outcomes will inject sustained momentum into the large-scale development of Tiger Milk Mushroom as a specialty industry in Yinggen Town, supporting increased incomes for residents and boosting the rural economy.
