Qiongzhong Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai Cultivation Base Party Day Activities
Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai Cultivation Base Party Day Activities Report: To continuously advance collaborative efforts among grassroots Party organizations, fully leverage the core driving role of Party building in rural revitalization, and strengthen the organic integration and synchronized coordination of grassroots governance with rural development.
On September 5, 2025 the Yinggen Village Rural Revitalization Task Force, in collaboration with the County Communist Youth League Committee (the designated counterpart assistance unit) and Party members and cadres from the Yinggen Village Committee, formed a volunteer service team. They visited the Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai cultivation base to carry out a distinctive Party member practice activity themed “Party Building Leads Industrial Growth.” This initiative involved assisting farmers with the harvest of Tiger’s Milk Mushrooms(Lignosus rhinocerus).

Harvesting at the Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai Cultivation Base
During the activity, volunteers first learned basic operational methods and safety protocols under the guidance of base managers before actively participating in the harvest.
Some used tools to turn soil and collect mature strains, others specialized in gathering mushrooms from the ground for sorting and packaging, while additional volunteers weighed and recorded each sealed batch of mushrooms. The entire process was clearly defined, efficient, and orderly.
After harvesting these Tiger’s Milk Mushrooms, which had grown for six months, they were transported to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Distribution Center in Qingsong Township, Baisha County, for unified weighing and external sales. The total yield is projected to reach 33,000 jin (approximately 16.5 tons) of fresh product. With an acquisition price of about 22 yuan per jin, the total revenue is estimated at 720,000 yuan.
According to reports, in recent years, Yinggen Village has leveraged local natural resources to actively promote the “enterprise + village collective + farmers” cooperative model. Through rational allocation and transfer of land resources, it has introduced cultivation projects like Tiger’s Milk Mushrooms that require low investment and yield quick returns.
Under the coordinated guidance of the local Party committee and government, resources have been integrated and funding sources expanded. This has established edible mushroom cultivation as a key pillar for strengthening the village’s collective economy, effectively helping villagers increase their income and improve their quality of life.

Significance of the Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai Cultivation Base Initiative
This specialized Party member practice integrates the “Party building + agricultural assistance” model, transforming the mobilization strength of Party organizations into concrete actions that benefit people’s livelihoods. It provides robust support for the growth of Yinggen Village’s collective economy.
Moving forward, Yinggen Village’s rural revitalization team will collaborate with the village committee and partner organizations to deepen the integration of such thematic activities with rural revitalization initiatives. By continuously innovating organizational formats and practical content, this effort will empower Party members and cadres to better demonstrate exemplary leadership on the broad platform of rural revitalization, contributing sustained organizational strength toward achieving enduring rural prosperity. Tiger’s Milk Mushroom NaBai Cultivation Base 2024 Report
The NaBai Tiger’s Milk Mushroom cultivation base was previously mentioned in the Qiongzhong Party Building report titled “NaBai Village, Yinggen Town: Three Years of Deepening Industrial Development Paints a New Picture of Rural Revitalization.”
Furthermore, with the expansion of diversified business models, Tiger’s Milk Mushroom cultivation is gradually opening up new development opportunities.
In early 2024, NaBai Village actively responded to the county government’s policy direction encouraging the development of under-forest economies and specialty medicinal crop cultivation. After thorough research and comprehensive analysis, the village partnered with Qiongzhong Xingshishang Farming and Breeding Farm to implement a Tiger’s Milk Mushroom cultivation plan under the “grassroots Party organization + enterprise + farmers” model.
The project officially commenced in April of the same year. Led by the village Party branch and village committee alongside the resident task force, villagers undertook land preparation and mushroom log placement, with technical personnel providing continuous professional guidance throughout.
The first centralized harvest was successfully completed in October 2024, yielding an actual output of approximately 2,000 jin per mu (about 1,000 kg). Based on the prevailing market price of 21 yuan per jin at the time, the estimated output value per mu reached 42,000 yuan.
